Returns & Exchanges
Making a Return or Exchange:
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges! You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a full refund for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. For online store credit, non-final sale items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the ship date. Simply contact us using the online form to initiate your return or exchange.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once your return request is confirmed, we'll provide you with easy-to-follow return instructions via email.
Return Timeline and Processing:
We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receiving the returned items. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. If not, we'll provide you with store credit for the full amount.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that all sale items, engraved/customized pieces, and special orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, any item showing signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage will not be accepted for return.
Timely Claims for Damage:
Damages to your order must be reported within 3 days of receiving the package. Returned items must be in their original box, placed within a secure, protective shipping box. Any damage to the original box will render the item ineligible for return. In this case, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
