Domestic Shipping:
All orders are processed within 7 business days, excluding pre-orders. Please note that shipments are not delivered on weekends or holidays. While we strive for timely delivery, please allow for potential delays, especially during peak periods. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Delivery times may vary, and you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
We are not responsible for any customs or taxes imposed on your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged Shipments:
Siila is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Ensure you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process. We recommend considering shipping insurance for added peace of mind.
Pre-Order Policies:
When placing a pre-order, you'll be required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Siila is not responsible for any inaccuracies or outdated information.
Your pre-order will be charged upon placement. If unforeseen circumstances prevent Siila from fulfilling the pre-order, you will receive a full refund.
Pre-order products are estimated to ship within three months, but manufacturing and delivery delays may occur. This timeframe is an estimate and subject to change. Siila does not guarantee shipment by the estimated date. Pre-orders will be shipped in the order received.
